Ad+genuity (“Ad+genuity, LLC”) is committed to maintaining confidence and trust of our partners and clients as well as the visitors and users of our products and services. One of the key ingredients for maintaining that trust is to be open and honest about data we collect and how it is used.

Basic Confidentiality
It is the Ad+genuity policy that personal information, such as your name, address, e-mail and telephone number, is private and confidential. Aggregated and anonymous data is captured and shared with clients, third party services and advertisers as a way to continuously enhance our product and services, or our client services. • In response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process from law enforcement agencies or to defend against legal claims;
• We provide information to investigate or prevent suspected illegal activities.

Data Collection for Clients and Partners
Ad+genuity supports the development and operation of several services that interact with client user information. Any data collected by the client, or by us as a representative of the company, is stored and maintained under the same integrity and security focused principles and procedures of our own data and we further adhere to any privacy policies put in place by the client.

Non-Identifiable Data
Additional aggregated and anonymous data is captured in order to monitor our different products and services as we continually look for ways to improve their value to our users and clients.

Some of our products and services may incorporate the use of “cookies” as a way to add additional functionality. Cookies and other tracking devices on our websites allow us to measure site activity – including responses to our advertising –in aggregate, not on the individual level. This in turn allows us to provide a better user experience. Cookies may be set on computers or mobile devices. Ad+genuity provides mailing list and newsletter services for our clients and partners as well as informational newsletters containing our own insights and commentary. Any personal and contact information collected from these services is used solely to provide these services and shared only with the directly associated clients and partners. In some cases, aggregated and anonymous data is shared with advertisers and in market research studies.

You may opt-out of any of these mailing lists or newsletters at any time by following the instructions contained within each of the mailings.

Mobile Applications & Location Awareness
Ad+genuity does monitor general aggregated and non-identifiable information as a means to better understand and enhance to our applications and websites over time. Specific features – such as location, contacts and events calendars – that require personal data capture that information only after user authorization.

Collection of other personal data through logins or collection forms is not stored, locally or externally, and are only used to process the specific request.
